Shipping policy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Packages returned to us "undeliverable" will require additional postage for reshipment. Domestic shipping is flat rate. If there is any damage to your package upon receipt, please take photos of the box/package and any damaged materials. We will pursue a claim on your behalf with this evidence.

If a package has not been received but has been scanned as "delivered" by the USPS, we are unable to assist with further tracking. Unfortunately, the USPS does not give any other information to us once it is scanned by the carrier as delivered. We encourage you to reach out to your local post office for additional tracking, as they have GPS capabilities and can pinpoint actual location of the package while scanned.

International shipping is based on the package weight to the destination country. Any duties or fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Packages returned to us "undeliverable" will require additional postage for reshipment.
