- Our standard size is 1.35" x 3.78"; double check your sizing if applying to a pen that was not purchased from us. Ours are sized to specifically fit the sublimation pen blanks that we sell. We can slightly adjust the sizing if your pens are different - just leave us a note with the dimensions you need and we are happy to help!

Sublimation Transfers:
